Frequently asked questions about partnering on tenders

How do I find an accredited partner for a tender?+

Send us the tender and the accreditation or classification you are missing, by name. We match you with up to 3 partners that registered it and showed proof, each with the reason for the match. You choose who to meet, and we arrange the first meeting.

What is the difference between a "munaqasa" and a "munafasa"?+

They mean the same thing: a tender. "Munafasa" (منافسة) is the official word in Saudi Arabia, used in the Government Tenders and Procurement Law and on the Etimad platform. "Munaqasa" (مناقصة) is the common word in the rest of the Gulf. Munaseq works with both.

What if a tender asks for a classification or accreditation my company does not hold?+

That is what Munaseq is for: we match you with an accredited partner that holds what you are missing, so you can bid together where the tender's terms allow it. Read the tender documents first; they state which forms of consortium or subcontracting are accepted.

Do I need a local partner to bid on a tender in a Gulf country?+

It differs by country and by tender: some require a local presence, a classification or a specific accreditation. Tell us the tender and the market, and we match you with an accredited local partner that meets what it asks for.

How do I get clients from tenders?+

Register your accreditations, your specialty and the markets you work in. Every day we send you the companies looking for a partner like you, each with the reason for the match. You approve the ones you want, and we introduce you.

What exactly do I pay?+

A $20/month membership you can cancel anytime, plus a success fee at the percentage set in the membership terms, paid only when you sign a contract with a company you met through the platform.

Is Munaseq a party to the contract, or does it guarantee work?+

No. The contract is directly between you and your partner, and we don't guarantee awards or introduction outcomes.

How do you verify the accreditations shown?+

We review the documents each company submits before activating its profile. Responsibility for their accuracy lies with the submitting company; we recommend requesting originals before contracting.

Who sees my company data?+

No one before your consent. Your profile reaches only the company you agreed to contact. We don't sell data or share it with third parties except as required by law.

Do you bid on tenders on my behalf?+

No. Team support is advisory and coordination; submissions are made from your company's own account with the issuing body.

What if I contract with a partner outside the platform?+

The membership terms require both parties to disclose any contract between them within the set period after introduction, and the success fee applies to it.
