Privacy Policy

Munaseq is a business-to-business matchmaking platform. Companies register, describe what they do and what they are looking for, and we introduce them to tenders and partners that fit. This policy explains what information we hold about you and your company when you use munaseq.ai and the services behind it, and what we do with it.

Munaseq is the controller of the personal data described here. Our contact details are at the end of this page.

We collect the information you give us, the information created while you use the platform, and a small amount of information from the services we rely on.

• Account details: your name, work email, password (stored only as a hash), phone number, country, LinkedIn profile, and whether you signed in with Google.
• Company profile: company name, sectors, markets, size, certificates, the company profile and sales presentation you upload, a logo, and any other document you choose to add.
• Matching activity: the matches shown to you, your decisions to approve or decline contact, the requests you file, the proposals you submit and the feedback you receive.
• Usage data: pages and matches you open, sign-in times, device and browser type, IP address, and the language you use. We use this to run the service and to understand how it is used.
• Payments: your plan, invoices and payment status. Card details are entered on our payment provider’s pages and never reach our servers.
• Support: messages you send us through the contact form, the chat bubble or email, and the tickets that result.

We use your information to provide the service you signed up for and to keep it working well. In particular we use it to:

• Create and maintain your account and company profile.
• Find and rank tenders and partners that match your company, and show you why each match was made.
• Introduce you to another company once both sides have approved contact, and arrange the follow-up.
• Process membership payments and send invoices and receipts.
• Send service messages such as new matches, decisions, feedback and account notices.
• Answer your support requests and requests for tender attachments.
• Keep the platform secure, prevent misuse, and meet our legal obligations.
• Measure and improve the platform through aggregated usage statistics.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising by third parties.

Your company profile and the documents you upload are shared with another company only after both of you have approved contact. Until then the other side sees only the anonymised description that appears on the match.

We also share information with the providers that help us run the platform, each bound to use it only for that purpose:

• Payment processing (EasyKash) for membership fees.
• Email delivery for service messages and notifications.
• Customer support software (SupportBench) for tickets and chat.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers that store and serve the platform.
• Analytics tools (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics) that receive usage data.

We may disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of our users, or as part of a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy continues to apply.

We keep your account and company information for as long as your account is active. If you close your account we delete or anonymise it within 90 days, except for records we must keep for accounting, tax or legal reasons, which we keep for the period the law requires.

Usage data is kept in identifiable form for up to 12 months and in aggregated form after that.

All traffic to and from the platform is encrypted. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Uploaded documents are stored privately and served only to your account and to our review team, or to a counterparty after mutual approval. Access to production systems is limited to the people who need it and is logged.

No system is completely secure. If we learn of a breach that affects your data we will tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, correct it, receive a copy of it, object to or restrict some of our processing, and ask us to delete it. You can update most of your details yourself from the Settings page. For anything else, contact us using the details below and we will answer within 30 days.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you may also complain to the data protection authority in your country.

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies:

• Essential cookies that keep you signed in and remember your language and theme. The platform does not work without them.
• Analytics cookies set through Google Tag Manager that help us understand how the platform is used. You can block them in your browser without affecting the service.

We do not use advertising cookies.

Munaseq is intended for companies and the people acting on their behalf. It is not directed at consumers or at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy as the platform changes. The date at the top shows the current version. For material changes we will tell you by email or with a notice on the platform before they take effect.
